Lahore Air Freight, Import Clearance & Delivery

The Brief

TDCP needed a full-container-equivalent air consolidation of recreational/tourism equipment moved from a China-based supplier to Lahore in time for a fixed installation/event date, with zero tolerance for customs delays given the shipment’s use-case timeline.

• Origin coordination — liaised with the China-side supplier/warehouse and consolidator to book space on CZ6037 and confirm cargo-ready dimensions and weights ahead of departure.
• Airfreight execution — managed the Guangzhou–Lahore leg via China Southern Airlines, tracking the shipment against a 20piece, 4.36 CBM consolidated load.
• Import customs clearance — cleared the shipment through Lahore customs under HS code 3926.9099, handling classification and documentation for prompt release.
• Last-mile delivery — transported the cleared cargo from Allama Iqbal International Airport to TDCP’s site in Lahore.

Outcome

Cargo moved from origin warehouse to final delivery in Lahore with a single point of accountability — no handoff gaps between freight, customs, and inland transport.
