Olympus OSF-3 Flexible Sigmoidoscope With Cw-3 Irrigator Mb-107 Adapter

Works but has some black specks when looking through it. Could possibly be cleaned but I don’t know how to do that. Maybe the eyepiece needs to be cleaned inside. Have two of these exact set ups available
