We will not cancel once a bid has been placed though. Payment: Payment is expected within 4 days of invoice unless you are doing local pick-up or discuss with us otherwise. We accept Paypal, or Cash (if you are doing local pickup),or other forms of payment in the certain categories that ebay will allow them. Sorry but Ebay rules do not allow us to list alternative payment methods for all categories. Communication: We try to answer all emails and send invoices within 24 hours. If you do not receive a reply-check your spam filter first and then email us again if needed. Tracking numbers for Fedex or international shipments will be posted in your MY EBAY . Because we ship directly from the counter we can not use the preprinted labels so no automatic email is sent to you. We do this because counter entered info is 100 % percent accurate and prevents delays or returns due to corrupt address information. Shipping terms for US bidders: Fixed price shipping is for continental US bidders only. Alaska , Hawaii, and APO boxes must contact for estimate. Some large or heavy items may be listed as Local Pickup or Freight but we will ship in most cases. (We do this so we can continue to give you a fair shipping cost based on your zip code instead of a “One Price Fits All” price which we feel is unfair to you.) We do not want to profit from shipping-it’s high enough as it is these days!! If you would like a shipping estimate please send ZIP CODE and let us now if it is a COMMERCIAL or RESIDENTIAL address. Estimates are approximate but very close. Final boxed weights, dimensions, and insurance coverage can cause them to vary + or – a bit . We will gladly combine multiple purchases (when possible) to save on combined shipping. If there is a boxing / handling charge it will be listed in auction description, however most will not have one. If you have any special shipping / packing instructions please send them to us immediately at the conclusion of auction. All Lower 48 US shipments will be via Fedex Ground ~ NO UPS and no PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box please supply us with a Non PO Physical address at end of auction. Alaska and Hawaii will ship USPS but expect delays as we only ship once a week from the Post Office and overly large or heavy items may not qualify for USPS. We will gladly ship on your FedEx account # if you wish but no FedEx to non US addresses. Local pickup is welcome if mutually convenient – let us know at end of sale if this is your intention and we will discuss payment and time. Shipping time: Most items will ship within 1 business days of receipt of payment by Paypal. Paypal E-check Pending—Upon notification of payment cleared (usually 4-6 business days). International or Postal shipments—within 7 days at our convenience ( we do not ship from the “front porch” for security reasons ,the Post Office is distant ,and gas is high!!) INSURANCE: FedEx shipments include coverage. All USPS shipments will require insurance and Delivery Confirmation. Damage: We pack very well but should your purchase arrive damaged you must save the box and all packing material and contact us immediately so we can begin the claim. Do not wait—there is a limited time frame for filing and recovery! International shipping terms: All items will ship via United States Postal Service only. NO FIRST –CLASS SHIPPING ! It is not insurable and can not be tracked. We require both insurance and tracking to comply with ebay and paypal claims policies. Shipments will be USPS Priority or Express International-whichever offers full value of insurance-it varies from country to country. Most items are open to international bidders but some are not be due to Weight, Shipping Size, or low value. Be sure that item is not prohibited by your government before bidding. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
