Henry Schein MaxiSweep S3100 Dental Ultrasonic Cleaner Cavitation Bath Basket and water hose are not included. There’s some swelling on the bottom left side of the cleaner as see in photos, also one screw missing on the bottom. It was tested and it did run. Please see photos for best description
