Do you handle both local procurement and overseas imports? +
Glavik specializes in overseas medical equipment import — air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance for internationally sourced equipment. We coordinate with your local suppliers and OEM representatives but our core mandate is the import chain, which is where the highest risk and greatest complexity lies.
Who manages PNRA licensing — us or Glavik? +
Glavik manages the regulatory engagement with PNRA on your behalf. We prepare the documentation package, submit the application, handle follow-ups, and resolve any issues — proactively. You retain legal ownership of the license as the hospital operator, but Glavik handles the full process. This is not advisory — this is execution.
What if we already have a freight forwarder? Can Glavik manage compliance only? +
Glavik's value is maximized when we own the full process — from supplier to hospital floor. Splitting the chain between a freight forwarder and a compliance advisor creates exactly the accountability gap that causes delays.
