The fast axis of the laser diode is collimated by a FAC lens. The laser was p-down bonded on TO-5 (9mm TO can), which was made in the USA. It came to us with a lot of other electronic/opto-electronic related surplus. We have 130 such lasers in stock. The lasers are brand new not used.
