Alpha-Core DC Composite Material The Alpha-Core DC composite material designed specifically for core build-ups and cementations of posts and pins. Product Features: Highly filled radiopaque resin based material with dual curing capabilities. Material exhibits ideal mechanical properties with high compressive and tensile strength, yet maintains a dentin like feel when cutting. Ideal handling characteristics allow the materials to be placed with a syringe. Depending on the shade of the base paste, Alpha-Core DC composite material can be used to match or contrast the tooth color. Physical Properties: Working Time: 110 seconds at 73.4° F Setting Time: 135 seconds at 98.6° F Depth of Cure (blue shade): 1.6 mm at 20 seconds and 1.9 mm at 40 seconds Depth of Cure (natural shade): 2 mm at 20 seconds and 2.6 mm at 40 seconds Flexural Strength: 143 MPa Includes: (1) 50g cartridge, (10) automix tips, and (10) intraoral tips.
